Spaghetti al Limone

 This from my rediscovered River Cafe Cookbook.  I’m really enjoying cooking from this and it does massively help that I always make fresh pasta now. It’s boiling today and tonight and the summer flavours of lemon and basil hit the spot perfectly - mine was accompanied by a courgette and bean salad and followed by Jamie’s stewed fruit.  Perfect!
