Yes. I know that there has been a distinct theme recently, but when you get a Kitchen Aid attachment you need to make good use of it! My vegetarian friend came over for dinner tonight and when we have been in Italy together (quite frequently as it happens) she could eat this every night and dreams about it when she is back. I used The Silver Spoon recipe for the mushroom sauce and adapted it slightly, adding a few fresh Chopped mushrooms to the porcini and omitting tomato purée as that didn’t feel like her Tuscan favourite. She loved it.
