Stewed fruit

Well, Jamie instantly redeemed himself with this beauty of a pudding, every mouthful a delight and one for the repertoire without a doubt.  I would have called it baked plums though - but that’s just me.  This is from Jamie’s 30 minute meals - there are a lot of lovely, simple things in there.
